Refund & Return Policy

  • If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
  • Late or missing refunds
    • If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again.
    • Please contact your credit card company, it may take a while before your refund is officially credited.
    • Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@dolm.nl.
  • Only regular priced items are refundable. Sale items cannot be returned.
  • The frames in which the art is supplied are free. Any damage to the frame is therefore not eligible for a refund. If the artwork itself is damaged, please contact info@dolm.nl. Attach a photo. We look at the best way to resolve the situation on a case-by-case basis.
  • To return your product, you must send your product to: Atelier Dolm, Het Hoge 35, 7251 XV Vorden, The Netherlands
  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you're returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
